We have continued going to Johnny B Fit with our Sports Program students. We have started to explore the rope courses and are learning the basics of rope climbing. It has been challenging to say the least.

Over the past few weeks we have been going to Johnny B Fit in order to undergo some Spartan Race training. Spartan racing (obstacle course racing) is one of the fastest growing sports in so we decided, why not send our Sports Program kids to see what the hype is all about!
